I won't share the full story here. That belongs in the book, and in the work I do with clinical teams.
What matters is this:
I learned how to articulate the internal experience with clarity. Not academically. Not clinically. Just honestly — and in a way that helps professionals understand what their clients can't put into words.
That's the value I bring.
