Track 1
Facilitator-led sessions. I guide the conversation using The War After and the internal map of recovery I built from my own experience.
Teams with limited time or those wanting a targeted introduction.
A focused session built around one specific part of the experience — what it felt like, why it happened the way it did, and what that might mean for the people your team works with.
Maximum 10 participants
A deeper look at the full arc — from dysregulation to the slow return of steadiness.
A longer session that follows the arc of the experience — where things started to break down, what that actually felt like, and how the pieces slowly started to come back together.
Maximum 15 participants
Teams that want the most thorough engagement with the material and time for real discussion.
A full day with me. An honest look at how things fell apart, what the process of getting help actually looked like from the inside, and what it took to get to a different place. Includes time for open questions and a dedicated conversation on working with people who are not yet ready to engage.
Maximum 25 participants
