Additional Details

Catering

All catering and refreshments are arranged and provided by The War After LLC. Client must provide final headcount and dietary restrictions 7 days prior to the engagement.

Travel

For engagements outside a 50-mile radius of our Texas base, reasonable travel and lodging expenses will be billed separately at cost.

Sliding Scale

A reduction is available for mid-size community clinics and smaller veteran-focused organizations. Please inquire during your initial consultation.

Pro Bono

A limited number of pro bono engagements are available annually for qualifying nonprofits and low-income clinics.

Customization

Engagements can be tailored to address specific organizational challenges or caseload populations. Custom quotes available upon request.
